Rules, Plain English
Franchise Keepers
Keep a player for up to 2 years (K1, then K2). Cost escalates each year he's kept. After K2, he's maxed out and returns to the draft pool unless you've traded him with a reset attached.
Developmental Keepers (DP)
One DP slot per team, separate from your franchise keepers. Requires ≤2 years NFL experience and ≤3 starts last season. After DP2, he converts to a normal franchise keeper if you keep him again.
Free Agent (FA) Keepers
A player picked up off waivers can be kept starting at a flat round 6 cost in year one.
Trade Reset (one-time)
Each player gets one trade reset, ever. Attaching it to a trade wipes his keeper history and grants two fresh years marked with a +.
4-Draft Exclusion Max
A player can only stay out of the draft pool for 4 consecutive drafts before returning to the pool. There's no separate counter for this — it's enforced by the designation ladder itself: 2 years pre-reset (K1 → K2), and 2 more if the one-time reset is used (+ → K1+ → K2+), then he's back in the pool either way.
Anti-Collusion
Trades exist to be used honestly. Lopsided trades built purely to launder keeper costs between co-managed or friendly teams are subject to commissioner review.

Player Values

What everyone's actually worth — real market values and keeper-cost bargains across all 16 rosters.

Value Board — Biggest Steals

Keeper cost vs. where players are actually going in current drafts (ADP, converted to our 16-team rounds). GOOD (green) means you're keeping a player rounds later than the market drafts him — e.g. worth a 1st, costs a 5th. BAD (red) means the keeper price is richer than where he's actually going.

K2 Watch List

Final year on a franchise keeper — expires after this season unless traded with a reset attached. Prime trade bait, both directions.
